This is a good, although unacknowledged, loure: also known as the gigue lourée or gigue lente (slow gigue). The loure is a French Baroque dance, probably originating in Normandy and named after the sound of the instrument of the same name (a type of musette).
A typical later example of it is in the French Suite No.5 in G major, BWV 816 by J.S. Bach.

Jacques Hotteterre «le Romain» (1673 - 1763):  Deuxiéme Suitte de Pieces a Deux Dessus. Op. 6 in G major (Bb major)
scoring: AA
Hotteterre, as usual, states this piece may be played on flutes as well as on recorders. Nevertheless, the transposed version in Bb major is quite difficult for the low Ab and Gb notes, especially in the movement in Bb minor (!).
It would be possible to transpose the suite to C major/C minor, but the range of both parts would reach the high G.

Andrea Bornstein (1956 - ):  Fantasia on a Canon a 3 by Heyden (1540)

I heavily arranged it, adding to the composition a bass and a top line.

Johann David Heinichen (1683 - 1729):  Sonata a 2 in G minor - Seibel 277
source: Mus. ms. 10366. Manuscript preserved in Berlin: State Library

The original title page of the manuscript of this sonata reads «Sonata a 2. Hautbois solo et Basson». The original key is C minor.
I have good reason to believe that the continuo part is missing; nevertheless the bare duo is pleasant to play and listen to.

The original composition is a four-part madrigal by Jacob Arcadelt first published in his Primo libro di madrigali a 4 (Venice 1539).
Ruffo borrowed the soprano from the original madrigal, adding to it a tenor and a bass.
In my edition, I added the original lyrics to the top part, which are not present in Ruffo’s print.

At end of the score of the twelve trio sonatas, this manuscript contains 5 short and simple «ballets» for a treble instrument and unnumbered bass.
I have been arranging them heavily in various ways, including the addition of new parts and variations.
In the case of this fifth ballet I added divisions and a full harpsichord part.
